Bachelor recap: 'Should I just run away? How do I get out of here?'

Zac the surf lifesaver compared the first cocktail party to drowning.

The Bachelor episode two began with a great re-cap of the episode of last night's best moments.

Thankfully, we once again got to see Claudia's famous Moaning Myrtle impression and I still laughed as hard as the first time I saw it.

Another thing that hasn't changed is Taylar's determination to interrupt.

"She is just beautiful"- Viarni wins over Zac and receives the coveted white rose.

"That rose is mine," snarls Taylar in the same tone as a super-villain.

Unfortunately for Taylar, she is two seconds too late as Zac hands over the special white impression rose to Viarni.

Token mean girl Taylar said she was going to interrupt Zac; she just didn't realise the rest of the girls would follow suit.

As Taylar finally gets her minute of alone time, Zac cuts it short to return to the party.

"Conversation was really flowing," claimed Taylar. It wasn't.

However, when Taylar interrupted she set off a whole chain reaction of Naz wannabes wanting their time with Zac.

Lily McManus-Semchyshyn drinking her beer in a more civilised manner.

Molly takes Zac away and is shortly joined by Katey, Elaina, Stephanie and half of Auckland.

"Should I just run away? How do I get out of here?", said Zac still looking for that imaginary helicopter in the sky.

Zac compares being pulled away by all the different girls to drowning.

Mariana the magnificent made not only an impression on Zac but fellow Bachelorette Lily too.

At this point I feel like I am drowning too, Zac. I know there are 19 girls but they are starting to morph into one.

However, the absolute star of the show goes once again to 20-year-old Lily.

The snowboard instructor looked eternally bored by the whole charade that was the Bachelor cocktail party.

"It was all right, it wasn't the best party I've ever been to," said Lily half-heartedly. She's obviously been to some ragers.

After sculling half of Zac's beer and cracking out the "bloody oath", Zac takes away Mariana.

Lily decides she would want to take away Mariana too because she sounds a lot more interesting than anyone else there.

Then at last we are here at the first rose ceremony, to see who made such a terrible impression they just didn't make the cut.

After an extremely drawn-out five minutes of name-calling, Taylar gets the final rose because every show needs a token mean girl.

At the end of the day, Charlotte, Monique and Elaina couldn't do enough to impress our great Kiwi bloke and they walk off into the dark of the night.

The Bachelor airs Sunday 7pm on Three.
